In a small bowl, whisk together first 7 ingredients.  Pour Sesame Wasabi Drizzle into a squeeze bottle and chill.

Assembly
Top with quartered tomatoes, Sesame Wasabi Drizzle and cilantro.

Yield: 8/48 finished tuna wonton triangles

Chef's Tip
For a more rustic and less labor intensive preparation, cube the tuna and toss together with the wonton triangles, tomatoes and cilantro.  Serve like traditional nachos in a large pile and top with the sesame wasabi drizzle.
