Headquartered in the heart of the nation’s fresh fruit and produce market, Simply Fresh Fruit has been producing and delivering a wide variety of fresh cut fruit to the Foodservice, Institutional, Major Airline, Casino, Club Store, School and Retail Grocery markets since the early 1980’s. We offer the most extensive line of cut fruit products available, both mainstream and specialty, preserved or unpreserved, in institutional or retail packaging. All product is “cut to order” by hand, to ensure the highest possible, fresh quality. We also regularly offer custom cuts and fruit blends to meet the special menu or presentation needs of our customers. After a brief period of ownership by a publicly traded company from 1997 to 1999, the company has returned to private ownership. Our owner-manager team has well over 100 years of collective experience in farming, fruit procurement, production and sales and marketing of premium food products, serving the needs of virtually all channels of food distribution and service. This team leads the processing of over one million pounds of fresh fruit per week in our Los Angeles plant under the control of a full HACCP Program, which is inspected and verified by an independent auditor annually. In order to service the Eastern Seaboard and Southeastern United States, as well as to expand our real-time access to additional fresh fruit, we have opened a comparable facility in Florida.
