SPINACH SALAD WITH CANDIED WALNUTS
Recipe Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients:
1  Bag  Cleaned & Washed Spinach
1/2  Lb.  Mushrooms (Sliced Raw)
2    Eggs (Hard Boiled/Sliced)
1/2  Lb.  Crisp Bacon Pieces
8  Oz.  Mandarin Oranges
4  Oz.  Azar Candied Walnuts
   Dressing to taste (recommend Catalina, Honey Mustard or Citrus Vinaigrette)
Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients except walnuts and dressing. Toss salad with desired amount of dressing. Add walnuts just before serving.
